Sardine – this amazing Eurasian restaurant in Bali – is going to stick around in my memory forever. It was recommended to me by a friend. And I celebrated a birthday dinner here in their private dining pagoda.
It’s a popular gaff. So book ahead if you’re keen to sample it for yourself.
The Neighbourhood
Slap bang in the middle of Seminyak and a short stroll from the beach. It’s the kind of place that’s hard to miss.
A special dinner with friends. Or a romantic meal with the other half.
The Best Bits
The food. As you’ve probably guessed - you clever thing - this place does seafood. The menu changes daily depending on the catch of the day. Veg is organic and home grown. And carnivores will find a few tasty morsels on offer too.
Being totally blown away by the rice paddy outback. The restaurant looks out over a working rice field that’s lit by fire torches and candles. Spectacular doesn’t quite cover it.
Creative cocktails made with arak – the local Balinese brew.
